【摘要】 鲜茶叶切碎机是为切碎鲜茶叶直接榨取鲜茶汁新工艺提供的机器装备。本文主要介绍了样机的设计和试验情况,通过切碎杀青叶和萎凋叶的试验,证明样机能满足性能要求,得出鲜茶叶出汁率与转速、动定刀间隙和喂入量三个参数的关系,以及鲜茶叶切碎后的粒度对出汁率和切碎单位功耗的影响规律,并求得机器的最佳参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 A fresh tea cutting machine for cutting the fresh tea leaf before pressing the juice out of it was developed.The desing and experiments on the sample machine was mentioned in this paper.On the basis of experiments on cutting the fixed and the withered leaf,the results have proved that the machine meets the needs of performance,and the patterns of variation of rate of pressed juice or of specific power consumption for cutting the tea leaf with ralation to fineness of cut leaf have been obtained.The best machine parameters also have been found.更多还原
