【摘要】 本文以配方为782011的黑荆树(Acacia mearnsii)木屑香菇菌筒为试材,详细研究了浸清水、营养液Ⅰ、营养液Ⅱ和不浸四种处理对菇期、现蕾率、出菇数量,单菇重、干物质含量及生物效率等经济指标的影响。研究结果表明,在袋栽香菇的生长后期,浸含磷、钙的完全营养液可有效地提高出菇朵数、香菇产量和生物效率,但对单菇重却有一定的负效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the experiment material of fungus-tube of lentinus edodes being made from blackwood wastage, which of prescription is 782011, this report studies in detail the four kinds of soak-treation about pure water, food-solution Ⅰ, food-solution Ⅱ and not soaking(CK) influent upon mashroomed-period, the rate of mashroom-bud, amount of flower, yield, weight of a flower, content of dry-matter and biological efficience. The research results indicate: during later period of growing of lentinus edodes cultivated with bags, it may improve effectively yield and biological efficience to soak the complete food-solution which contents of phosphorus and calcium, but it affects negatively on the weight of a flower mashroom.更多还原
