用酶联免疫吸附试验评价不同华支睾吸虫成虫抗原在免疫诊断中的价值
EVALUATION OF CLONORCHIS SINENSIS ANTIGENS IN THE IMMUNODIAGNOSIS OF HUMAN CLONORCHIASIS BY ELISA
【摘要】 用硫酸铵分段沉淀法将华支睾吸虫成虫粗抗原分离成为四种成分。以五种抗原制品(一种粗抗原制品和四种部分提纯抗原制品A、B、C和D)作为抗原,用微量酶联吸附试验(ELISA)检测华支睾吸虫病患者血清中相应抗体的存在。实验表明在五种抗原制品中,以抗原A在诊断华支睾吸虫病方面具有最高的阳性率,患者血清与正常人血清OD值的比值也最高。

Epidemic Prevention Centre of Fuoshan City, Guangdong Province The proteins of Clonorchis sinensis were fractionated into 4 fractions by a physicochemical method. ELISA tests were performed by using these 5 preparations(1 crude preparation and its 4 fractions, i.e. A,B, C, and D)as antigens to determine the presence of corresponding antibodies in the sera of proved cases of clonorchiasis, paragonimiasis, as well as normal adults. Our study shows that fraction A of clonorchis sinensis has the highest value of the positive rates in the diagnosis of clonorchiasis, and OD ratios of clonorchiasis patients to normal persons among 5 preparations. Therefore,partially purified antigen fraction A of clonorchis sinensis is significantly better than crude preparation both in sensitivity and specificity for the diagnostic purpose.
