【摘要】 本文报道了成都地区68名HBsAg~+无症状携带者和212名HBsAg~-键康人的HLA-A、B和DR抗原调查。结果发现HBsAg~+无症状携带者抗原分布的基本轮廓与健康对照组相似,在具体抗原频率上高低不一,但统计学上无显著性差异。与国内外报道对比分析,可能HBsAg~+的携带状态与HLA无明显相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The distribution of HLA-A, B and DR antigens in 68 asymptomatic HBsAg carriers and 212 HBsAg-negative controls were investigated by using the NIH standard microlymphocytotoxicity method and employing a total of 135 antisera (from NIH Serum Bank, American Red Cross Blood servicer Laboratories and domestic laboratories) which could define 44 HLA -A, B and -DR specificities.Comparing the antigen frequencies of asymptomatic HBsAg carriers with those of HBsAg-negative controls, the HLA profiles of these two populations were alike as a whole. There were no significant differences (P>0.05) between them.The results suggest that HLA antigens may not be related to asymptomatic HBsAg carriers.更多还原
