【摘要】 本文报告4例外伤性海绵窦颈内动脉瘤.本病 常合并颅底骨折。这种动脉瘤破裂往往会引起致命的鼻腔大出血。本组3例施行颈总动脉结扎,术后恢复良好。1例颈动脉结扎术后两周再开颅行颈内动脉结扎,术后死于脑水肿。本文还讨论了本病的病因、诊断和治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four cases of traumatic intracavernous an-eurysm are reported.The kind of aneurysm isalmost (?)nvariable associated with basal skullfractures.Rupturing of such aneurysm maygive rise to severe,and often fatal epistaxis.Three cases in our series were treated with caro-tid ligation in the neck and got good results.One case ligate the carotid artery in the neckfirst and then ligate the carotid artery in thesupra-clinoid segment by craniotomy.The patientd(?)ed from brain edema after the second opera-tion.The pathogenesis,diagnosis and surgicaltreatment of this diseases are disscused inour paper.更多还原
