【摘要】 应用国产硅橡胶扩张器修复烧伤后头皮疤痕性秃发17例。秃发面积8～12×9～15cm,其中8例同时埋植2个硅囊扩张器。全部病例均获良好效果。文章讨论了术前扩张器的处理方法及一期术后注射液体过量:头皮张力过大,致皮色苍白时为免皮瓣坏死的解救办法,并对20例(40侧)颅导孔的分布和导血管的形态连行了观测,发现25～35%有伴行动脉。更多还原

【Abstract】 From May 1985 to March 1988, we repaired 17 cases of scar alopecia with silicon expander which made in China. Seven of all cases were followed two years after operation. Their hair grows well. Operation: first implant silicon expander under galea aponeurotica and inject normal saline once every 4-7 days. Hair will be all right until the dilated area is doubled. Then cut off scar and repair it completely. Not only provide the skin flap which has the similar colour, quality, thickness and hair, but it will not create new sign of donor area.
