作用于心脑血管的α-取代肉桂酰哌嗪类化合物的合成
SYNTHESIS OF CARDIOVASCULAR AND CEREBROVASCULAR ACTIVE α-SUBSTITUTED CINNAMOYL PIPERAZINES
【摘要】 由3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛合成了6个顺反α-取代的3,4,5-三甲氧基肉桂酰哌嗪类化台物及其5个马来酸盐。以核磁共振氢谱确定了它们的构型,进行了很初步的心脑血管活性试验
【Abstract】 Six cis- or trans-α-substituted 3,4,5-trimethoxycinnamoylpiperazines and their five maleates were synthesized.The configurations wereassigned by ~1H NMR.The cardiovascular and cerebrovascular activities weretested preliminarily.
