【摘要】 应用放射性配体测定法观察一定剂量的甲地孕酮、雌二醇微晶混悬液和复方甲地孕酮注射液对大鼠子宫雌激素胞浆受体(R_cE)和核受体(R_nE)的影响。结果表明:与对照组比较,甲地孕酮组 R_cE 值明显降低;复方甲地孕酮两个剂量组均无明显变化;雌二醇组则明显升高。子宫 R_nE 与 R_cE 和雌二醇结合的 K_d值各给药组与对照组间均无显著差异,但子宫重量,给药组均较对照组明显为低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Radio-ligand receptor assay was used to investigate the effect of megestrol （MA）-estradiol（E₂）long-acting injectable contraceptive,etc.on es-trogen receptors of rat uterus.Compared with the control group,the uteruscytosol estrogen receptor(R_?E)level in MA group was significantly lower,butthat in E₂ group was higher.However there was no significant difference betweenR_?E in control and E₂-MA groups.In all treatment groups,the weight ofuterus was much lower than that in control group.更多还原
