铝尘和石英粉尘对肺泡巨噬细胞表面形态的影响

【摘要】 用体外培养和扫描电镜技术研究铝尘和石英尘对兔肺泡巨噬细胞表面形态学的影响。结果表明两种粉尘均引起巨噬细胞吞噬和激活,细胞激活表现为表面皱褶或指状突起增大增粗;随培养时间延长,细胞表面皱褶或突起减少,表面光滑,用台盼蓝染色测定膜透过性增加。石英尘对细胞损害作用强于铝尘,表现为失去巨噬细胞表面结构特征的细胞聚集成堆、细胞膜出现“洞眼”样缺损;而用铝尘处理的巨噬细胞表面出现泡状结构,这一形态学改变的意义有待深入研究。

【Abstract】 Effect of aluminum and quartz dust on the surface morphology of rabbit alveolar macrophage was investigated by in vitro culture and scanning electromicroscopy.Results showed that both dust induced macrophage phagocytosisand macrophage activation characteriz ed by the appearance of larger rufflesor longer filopedia on cell surfaces.Asthe time of dust exposure increases,adecrease of surface ruffles or filope-dia follows.resulting in a smooth sur-face with increasing membrane permea-bility as determined by trypan bluestaining.Quartz c’ust showed more sev-ere injury to macrophage than Alumi-num dust by lossing of surface featu-re,the presence of cell aggregation and"cavernous cell".The macrophage tre-ated with aluminum dust displayed akind of bleb-like structure over thecell surface.The biological significanceof this morphologic change needsfurther study.
