【Abstract】 The combined effect of fractionated heating and conventional fractionatedradiation on S-37 tumor of mouse w as studied. The results showed thathyperthermia could enhance the radiation effect of X-ray both in tumor andnormal tissue. Response of normal tissue to X-ray was higher in the group of multi-heating than that of single heating while the tumor response was the same. It appears that heating once per week gives the same treatment results as 2 or 3 heatings combined with conventional radiotherapy. The clinical applioation should be futher investigated.更多还原
