【Abstract】 A retrospective analysis of fourty-two patients with carcinoma Of the external and middle ear were treated using telecobalt from 1976 to 1987. Twenty-eight patients were treated by combined, operation plus postoperative radiotherapy. Fourteen patients by radiotherapy only. The tumor doses ranged from 60 Gy to 70 Gy in six to seven weeks. The 5 year survivals were 46.4% and 50%, respectively.(P>0.05) The radiotherapy field, dose and effect are discussed.更多还原
