【摘要】 <正> 近十年来,急性白血病的研究进展较快,由于细胞动力学的应用,联合化疗的改进及骨髓移植的开展,使急性白血病的缓解率有明显提高,存活期有所延长,但预后依然不佳。因此,进一步寻找合理有效的治疗方法至为重要。 本文报告因严重感染引起高热后出现的急性白血病完全缓解3例,并探讨高热与本症缓解的关系及热疗法作为本症综合疗法之一的可能性。更多还原

【Abstract】 196 patients with acute leukemia were admitted during the past 8 years, Among them, 3 patieuts had complete remission of the disease after high fever causing from severe bacterial infection. Of these 3 patients, all had experienced fever ranged from 40°-41.7℃ for over 3 weeks.On the contrary, no any obvious relationship between fever and remission was found for patients who had experienced fever lower than 39℃ only. Themachanism involved in the remission of acute leukemia after high fever causing from severe bacterial infection, and the possibility that thermotherapy .may be considered as an adjunct measure in the treatment of acute leukemia are discussed.更多还原
