【摘要】 <正> 胃癌是最常见恶性肿瘤之一。据1984年上海市区居民恶性肿瘤发病资料,胃癌居首位。虽然至今外科根治手术仍为主要治疗手段,但大多数就诊患者属中晚期不能手术或根治切除。近年来放射,化疗等和手术综合治疗都已开展,而疗效尚不满意。为了解这种肿瘤内在放射生物学特性,本文用人体胃腺癌细胞体外培养探讨了射线照射后生存曲线特点以及对照射后损伤修复能力,为进一步研究该肿瘤放射敏感性以及临床设计放射治疗胃腺癌方案参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the intrinsic radiosensitivity of gastric carcinoma, the present study was carried out on a human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line (SGC) .The parameters of survival curve under air andihypoxic condition and capability of sublethal damage repair were examinded. For the cells in the exponential growth phase, the Doswas 0.86±0.04Gy, n has a value of 7.03±2.3, Dq was 1.63±0.23Gy.The cell in pleteau did not show significant difference, survival level at 2 Gy of irradiation was 45-50% in both phases of cells. The capability of SLDR of the cell line was examined by split-dose irradiation and delay-plating methods. It shows an increasedsurvival and reappearence of sshoulder the survival curve.The average recover factor, the ratio of survival at 6hr to O hr after radiation was 3.38. Thevalue of OER rangad 3.0-3.2. The possible relationship between this data andthe clinical response was discussed.更多还原
