【摘要】 本文报告经CT检查的81例急性外伤性颅内血肿手术(45例)与非手术(36例)治疗的经验。认为患者意识状态的变化、锥体束征,CT所示血肿量的大小、中线结构移位程度,颅内压力的高低,对于选择手术与非手术治疗具有决定性意义。而颅骨骨折,头皮血肿或挫伤、呕吐和缓脉在应用CT检查时对选择手术无参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 81 cases of acute traumatic intracranial hematomas proved by CT scan are here reported. Among them, 45 were treated by surgical intervention and the rest 36 without operation. It is our belief that the changes of state of consclousness, state the evidence of pyramidal signs in connection with the size of hematoma or the degree of shift of midline structures on CT scan, and the increased level of intracranial pressure were decisive factors in making the choice of operative or non-operative treatment, such while signs of skull fractures, scalp hematoma or contusion, vomiting and bradycardia are of comparatively little value for such更多还原
