【Abstract】 The ferrite-transmission-line ns-power pulse generator is used to drive the Pierce grid gun in the electron beam source. When the cathode voltage is -82kV, the source has a peak output current of 19A with the pulse width of 2.4ns.According to the result of the measurement, the effects on beam pulse and gun design of the electron transit time between electrodes are discussed shortly.更多还原
