【摘要】 叙述了用TBP萃取色层法分离后,用水平式ICP-AES法测定U₃O₈中25种杂质元素的分析方法。U₃O₈样品转化为硝酸铀酰后,采用以TBP萃淋树脂为固定相、5mol/L HNO₃为流动相的萃取色层法使杂质元素与铀基体分离,杂质流出波用水平式ICP为激发光源的发射光谱分析法直接测定。取样0.3g,所有元素的测定下限在0.01～5ppm之间。方法的重加回收率在82～121%之间。相对标准偏差在±13%以内。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of Al, As, Ba, Be, Bi, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Fe, Mg, Mn, Mo, Ni, P, Pb,Ru,Sb,Sn,Sr,Ti,V,W and Zn 25 trace elements in U3O8 is reported. The sample is dissolved in HNO3or HN03-HC1O4-HF and the uranium is separated by TBP Levextrel resin chromatography. The impurity elements containing in the aqueous phase are determined by horizontal ICP-AES method. With a sample of 300 mg, the detection limit for all the 25 elements is in the range of 0.01-5 ppm, the recovery is in the range of 82-121%, the determination precision(RSD) is less than +13%.更多还原
