杨木化学机械浆(CMP)——以回用浸渍液进行气相蒸煮

【摘要】 在所采用的蒸煮条件下,回用浸渍液,可以制造得率高达92.3%的亚硫酸盐杨木化学机械浆(CMP)。这种纸浆的强度性能较好:(1)松厚度2.4cm3/g;(2)耐破指数2.7kPa·m2/g;(3)撕裂指数6.42mN·m2/g;(4)裂断长4.76km。浸渍废液的回用不受回用次数的限制。可回收的总二氧化硫(total SO2)量约为木片浸渍液中原加入总二氧化硫量的76%。包括木片预汽蒸在内,每次蒸煮所消耗的蒸汽量约为1kg/kg绝干木材。

【Abstract】 Under the cooking conditions studied with repeated spent liquor recyclings, it was possible to produce a sulfite CMP from aspen with 92.3% yield and good strength properties : 1) bulk: 2.4cm3/g; 2) ’burst index: 2.7kPa.m2/g; 3) tear index: 6.42 mN-m2/g, 4) breaking length: 4.76 km. Recycling of spent impregnation liquor for pulp production can be practiced without limit in a number of recyclings. One can recover about 76% of the total SO2 initially charged for chip impregnation. Average steam consumption per cook including chip presteaming was about 1 kg per kg o. d. wood.
