【Abstract】 Referring to Wilsom’s method,sodium artesunate was given s.c to pregnant rats in order toobserve its effect at different dosages on fetal rats at different periods of gestation.The results show that sodium artesunate has highly toxic effect on the rat embryos,especially at the middle andlate periods of gestation.A known teratogen cyclophosphamide was used as positive control.更多还原
