【Abstract】 This paper reports the experimental study on the indeterminate factors in the processing technique with vinegar of Rhizoma Corydalis by orthogonal experimental design in terms of total alkaloid content of aqueous Rhizoma Corydalis decoction.At last,the kind of vinegar,the way of drying,the time and temperature of sealing at moistness are found out and a reasonable basis for seeking the optimum processing technique with vinegar is provided.更多还原
