【Abstract】 Synergistic effects of Tian-Xian-Wan(TXW)pill combined with cedilanid on heart were observed in cats by ECG examination. As compared with cats given cedilanid alone, the time of arrhythmia appearance was shortened from 86±18 minutes to 58±8 minutes (P<0.05) and the dosage for inducing arrhythmia lowered from 0.17±0.04 mg/kg to 0.11±0.02 mg/kg (P<0.05), when the cats were treated with non-toxic do- sage of TXW prior to giving cedilanid. These results indicated that synergistic ef- fects on heart occur when TXW and cedilanid were used simultaneously.更多还原
