【摘要】 <正> 从1978～86年我们在门诊用针刺疗法收治单纯性甲状腺肿患者102例,收到了满意的疗效,总结如下。一般资料 102例中男26例,女76例。年龄,从9岁至55岁,病程最短3个月,最长7年,弥漫性28例,结节性74例,最大结节8×6×3厘米,发于单侧36例,双侧62例,结喉部4例;部分患者做了T₃、T₄,检查。治疗方法取穴:主穴:人迎、水突、扶突、天突,阿是穴(阿是穴在结节上,酌情取1～5个更多还原

【Abstract】 The author treated 102 cases of simple goitor with points of Renying, Shuitu, Neck-Futu, Tian- tu, and Ashi in combination With Hegu, Ouches, etc, Even needling technique was applied and needles were retained for 15 minutes. The treatment was of- fered once per day. After the treatment of 1 week to 8 weeks, 78 eases were cured and 24 effective The total effectiveness was 100%. During the punc- ture care should be taken for blood vessels in the neck, needles might not be inserted too deep and the goiter could not be penetrated.更多还原
