甘蔗渣硫酸盐木素与马来酸酐共聚反应的研究
Copolymerization of Bagasse Kraft Lignin with Maleic Anhydride
【摘要】 本文对甘蔗潭硫酸盐木素和马来酸酐的热引发共聚反应进行了研究。通过对反应影响因素的探讨,发现较优化的共聚反应条件为:温度160~180℃,时间3h 左右,马来酸酐:硫酸盐木素(g/g)为0.70左右。共聚反应程发采用共聚物中马袭酸酐含量和甲氧基含量来估计。此条件下共聚物中马来酸酐含量为0.747个/C9(C9单元包括马来酸酐),甲氧基含量降为9.16%。用紫外光谱、红外光谱分析了蔗渣硫酸盐木素和硫酸盐木素-马来酸酐共聚产物的性质,通过用电导滴定法对共聚物酸性基团的分析结合硝基苯氧化产物气相色谱分析对共聚反应机理进行了初步探讨。
【Abstract】 Copolymerization of bagasse kraft lignin with maleic anhydride under heat initi- ation was studied.Optimum conditions found to be:maleic anhydride charge(based on kraft lignin)70%,reaction temperature 160~180℃,reaction time 3hr.Copolymeri- zation products were determined through IR and UV chemical analyses.Preliminary studies on its copolymerization mechanism were conducted employing conductivity titrimetry as well as GC technique.
