应用15N示踪法研究花生对氮素的吸收利用

【摘要】 应用15N标记尿素,在山东省花生研究所盆栽场,用中等肥力砂壤上进行盆栽试验.氮素利用率和残留率与施氮量呈极显著负相关,氮素损失率与施氮量呈极显著正相关。花生植株体总氮中,肥料供氮率和土壤供氮率与施氮量呈极显著正相关,根瘤菌供氮率与施氮量呈极显著负相关.施氮肥可提高土壤AN值和激发率,有利于花生对土壤氮的吸收,但氮肥用量过多,会明显地抑制根瘤菌固氮,降低花生收获后的土壤全氮量,而荚果产量增减产差异不显著.故花生不宜多施氮肥.

【Abstract】 The Potted test labeled urea with 15N was conducted on a medium fertile sandy loam soil at Peanut Research Institute of Shandong Province.5-20kg N per mu was applied,the rate of utilized fertilizer by peanut plant daring growing season was 60.42-46.38%.The residual rate in soil was 22.79-14.66%.The loss rate of N fertilizer was 16.79-38.96%.The rate of utilization and residual was significantly negative correlation with the amount of N applied-but the ratio of loss was significantly positive.The total N contents in peanut plants were 10.63-31.91% derived from N fertilizer,26.64-47.60% from soil N and 62.73-20.49% from fixed NThe supply rate of fertilizer and soil was significantly positive correlation and the supply rate of fixed N negative with the amount of N applied.The treatment without N fertilizer was 22.24% supplied fro in soil N and 77.76% from fixed N.Soil ’AN’ value and rate of activation were increased by application of N fertilizer,and also inhanced the absorption of soil by peanut plant.However the fixed N by nodule bacteria was inhibited by excessive application of N and the amount of soil N was-decreased after harvest.In such condition the yields of peanut pods had a litt-e difference.So the excessive N fertilizer must be controlled for peanut crop.
