【摘要】 本文报道五批浙江产蝮蛇粗毒对电剌激大鼠离体膈神经膈肌标本收缩反应的影响。在终浓度25μg/ml(相当于临床制剂最大有效酶活力单位的100倍)时,五批蝮蛇粗毒无明显神经肌接头兴奋传递阻断作用。而同浓度的眼镜王蛇和终浓度为3.9μg/ml的筒箭毒碱却有明显的神经肌接头传递阻断作用。本文就浙江蝮蛇粗毒中神经毒成分的质量控制标准提出了看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effects of five kinds of the crude venom of Agkistrodon halys from Zhejiang on the isolated phrenic nerve-diaphragm preparation of rat trcated by electric stimulation were observed.It has shown that at the end concentration of 25 μg/ml (correspond to the maximal enzyme activiy unit of 100-fold in the clinical preparation), there are no marked effects on blccking the ncuromuscular transmission.In addition, authors explain his viewpoint about the criteria of quality control on neurotoxic component in the crude venom of Agkistrcdon halys from Zhejiang.更多还原
