胆结石特种蛋白质的组织化学研究

【摘要】 取人胆色素结石和胆固醇结石切片,行Van-Gieson、Fect+V、G、PTAH和PCllak法等染色,并经电镜观察。結果认为,胆石中网状结构的蛋白质,系含有胶原成分的前胶原物质—胶原性多肽,非为胶原、网硬蛋白,亦非为纤维素。文中提出有关胆色素性结石生成的机理。

【Abstract】 Under electric microseopy the sections of human pigment and chlosteral gallstones stained with Van-Gieson. Foot+VG. PTAH and poilak methods were studied. The Proteins in the network of the gallstones were neither collagen and reticulin nor cellulose. They were collagen peptides contained precollagen-colla- gen polypeptides.The authore demostrated that the formation of the pigment gallstones was related to infiamation. Increased collagen polypeptides separated out of the bile, forming crystals and the nuclei of the gallstones. In acid circumstances the collagen polypeptides with positive charges compounded not cnly wih the acid polysaccharides into a glycoprotein, but also with the pigment and/or cholesteral with negative charges into crystals as well. These materials deposited and occupied all of the spaces of the network, becoming nuclei-forming bodies of the gallstones, meanwhile this prcess was accompanied by the deposition of the cations, such as K+, Na+, Ca++, and Fe++ due to attracting and polymerizing action of the acid polysaccharide, and led to the enlargement of the gallstones.
