【摘要】 本文介绍用带囊导管对上胃肠道术后吻合口狭窄施行扩张治疗的经验。42例中,除1例小儿改为手术治疗外,41例均茯满意效果,成功率为97.6%。本疗法操作简便、安全,无严重并发症。病人痛苦小,可避免再次手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors report their experiences of treating 42 cares of stepcsis of anastomotic stoma in upper gastrointestinal tract. Cne case, a child, was nct a good candidate for furthering such treatment and was referred to surgery. The rest 41 patients were all treated with balloon diltation. The results were satisf actory. The success rate was 97.6%. The authors hold that this technique hasthe advantages of easy handling, safety and low incidence of perforation and rupture of anastomcsis. It is thus recommended to be the Frccedure of choice before making a decision of a second operation.更多还原
