脑血管病急性期纤溶活性动态图和α2-巨球蛋白测定

【摘要】 本文对120例脑血管病急性期患者进行了纤溶活性动态图测定并对其中30例观测了血清α2-巨球蛋白含量。结果:脑出血凝固时间明显延长(P<0.01),脑出血、脑血栓凝固程度明显升高(P<0.01)。出血性脑血管病纤溶活性动态图动态变化基本一致。丘脑出血血凝固程度高于其它部位脑出血(P<0.01)。脑出血量与纤溶活性动态图凝固时间、凝固程度和纤溶时间三参数无相关性。纤溶时间与α2-巨球蛋白呈正相关(P<0.01)。并从血液凝固、纤溶系统方面讨论急性脑血管病发病机理及临床。

【Abstract】 The plasma fibrinolyscdynamicogram (FLDG) were determined in 120 cases with cerebralvessel disease (CVD) in the acute stage and 30 of them the plasma α2-macroglobulin (α2-M) determined.The resuts were as follows: in comparison with control group, the coagulating and fibrinolysis time in the acute stage of CVD were markedly delayed (P<0.01) , the coagulative degree of cerebral hemorrhag (CH) and thrcmbosis (CI) were significantly increased (F<0.01), FLDG dynamic change in hemorrhage CVD was basically consistent.The coagulative degree in thalamus hemorrhage were higher than one in other local CH(P<0.01). There were no correlation between the volume of CH and the three parameters of FLDG. A positive corelation was between the fibrinolysis time and the level of α2-M. The mechanism of CVD in the acute stage and some clinical problems were discussed, in the view of bleed coagulating and fribrinolysis system.
