流行性出血热患者骨髓细胞的超微结构及其病毒在培养细胞中的观察

【摘要】 对不同病期流行性出血热病人的骨髓细胞,进行了电镜观察,可见白细胞和血小板的超微结构发生不同程度的变化。以病人骨髓接种的Vero-E6细胞,经过培养、传代,在细胞中观察到流行性出血热病毒。骨髓细胞的变化则是病毒在骨髓中增殖,引起损伤的结果。

【Abstract】 The bone marrow cells of the patients with Epidemic hemorrhage fever in different stages were observed with transmisscn electron microscope. The ultra-structure changes were observed in the white blocd cells and platelets. When the Vero-E6 cells were cultured with patient’s bone marrow,the EHF viruses were found in it.The changes cf the structure and function of the bone marrow cells were caused by the reproduction of the virus in the bone marrow.
