【摘要】 采取冠状窦插管等技术,用方波电磁流量计和多导记录仪同步监测,初步观察了江浙蝮蛇抗栓酶对乌拉坦麻醉猫冠脉流量的影响。结果表明,在一定剂量下,该药能增加冠状窦的平均血流量,随作用时间延长及剂量加大,还可引起血压及脉压降低。对心率无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using square electromagnetic flow meter and polygraph system,we measured the coronary flow and some cardiovascular parameters by canrulation of the coronary sinus and some techniques of intact preparticn of cats under Urethane-anaesthesization. Some effects of Svate, an antithrembus enzyme isolated from the venom of the Chinese Agkistrodon halys, were cbserved synchrcncusly.The results obtained in experimetns showed that at a finite dese (0.05u/kg body weight) , the minute coronary sinvs flow could be inoreased. Eut at a long duration of action er a larger dese, the blocd pressure and pulse pressure eculd be lowered. There is no significant effeots on heart rate and other ECG pararameters更多还原
