【Abstract】 This paper deals with the preparation of graphite current drug electrode and presents the methods of protentiometric titration for the determination of ingredients contained in 20 kinds of potentiometrical preparations. These methods are based on the use of graphite drug electrode as indicator electrode with the sodium tetraphenyl boron as titrant. The results showed on significant difference by the proposed method as compared with official methods. For instance, the average percentage recovery of propanthine bromide is 99.82% with standard deviation 0.38%. The electrode can be employed in the rapid determination of pharmaceutical preparations.更多还原
