麦迪霉素微丸的体外试验与家兔体内试验

【摘要】 <正> 麦迪霉素是较新的大环内酶类抗生素,主要用于呼吸系统、皮肤以及各种外科感染等疾患的治疗,如急性支气管炎、急性肺脓肿、脓胸等。口服后吸收迅速,疗效较好而副作用较小,还具有诱导耐药性小之特点,故已于临床广泛使用。目前国内生产的剂型只有胶囊

【Abstract】 The enteric coated tablets of midecamycin have come into wide use on clinic, but the low bioavailability is the chief draw-back. The midecamycin pellets prepared were found to increase the bioavailability and conveniente to be administrated by children.The results showed that the serum levels of midecamyein in rabbits resulted from the administration of pellets were higher than that of capsules or coated tablets. The relative bioavaiiability was obtained for enteric coated tablets, 0.00, for capsules, 0.68, and for pellets, 0.92. Cmax=2.935 μg/ml for the pellets and Cmax=2.430 μg/ml for the capsules with the same maximum time (2h) for these two dosage forms.
