利用金银羽色伴性基因建立肉鸡自别雌雄杂交配套体系的初步研究
PRELIMINARY STUDIES OF ESTABLISHMENT OF BREEDING LINES OF AUTO-SEXING MEAT-TYPE CHICKENS BY THE USE OF SEX-LINKED GENES FOR WHITE AND GOLD COLORED FEATHERS
【摘要】 根据控制鸡羽色的金、银色基因的伴性遗传原理,用浅花羽型单交(江—13白洛克×海 红黄鸡)母鸡与浅黄羽杏花公鸡交配产生的后代,初生雏的浅灰毛色及白色个体为雄雏,黄色个体为雌雏,用肉眼直接鉴别雌雄的准确率 达100%。根据这规律可形成3系配套杂交自别雌雄的肉鸡繁育体系,生产自别雌雄的商品肉鸡。
