【摘要】 14只狗在结扎冠状动脉法形成的心衰模型上观测轻度等容血液稀释后血液动力学、心肌坏死量、肺和肝含水总量、血液流变学及心肌Na-K-ATP酶活性并与对照组比较。结果表明,血液稀释组(血释组)和对照组具有相等的梗塞范围和Na-K-ATP酶活性,但血释组的血液动力学明显改善,LVEDP显著降低,CO明显升高,肺含水量明显减少。故认为,轻度血液稀释对缺血性心衰是有益的非药物治疗措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study has carriedouton 14 mongreldogs with congestive heart failure (CHF) following myocardial infarction due to occlusion of coronary artery. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of isovolumic hemodilution on CHF, the indices included hemodyna-mics, water content of the lung, myocardial Na-K-ATPase, regional myocardial contractility and blood rheology. The results showed that the hemodilution group and the control group have the same percentage of necrotic myocardium in the left ventricle and the same enzyme activities, but the h emodi!ution group has a significant improvement of hemodynamies, water content of the lung was less inhemodilution group than control group, especially the left ventricular end-diastolic pressure has been lowered and cardiac output has been increased in the hemodilution group, while the control group has the opposite effect. These results may suggest it is reasonable that hemodilution might be a nondrug intervention for the treatment of congestive heart failure following acute myocardial infarction.更多还原
