慢性充血性心力衰竭患者循环血细胞α2、β肾上腺素能受体功能
THE FUNCTION OF α2-AND β-ADRENOCEPTORS OF CIRCULATING BLOOD CELLS IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE
【摘要】 本文分别用血小板α2受体和淋巴细胞β受体研究中枢神经和交感末梢突触前α2受体和心肌β受体的功能状态。结果提示:中枢神经和交感末梢突触前α2受体功能降低是心衰交感张力增高的原因之一;心肌β受体由于交感张力增高而向下调节,导致功能降低。
【Abstract】 The present study was designed to investigate the function of α2-adrenoceptors on platelets and β-adrenoceptors on lymphoeytes in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF). Plasma norepinephrine at rest rose significantly above normal in patients with CHF. Isoprena-line-evoked cAMP increase in lymphocytes was significantly smaller than control subjects, and the Concentration of isoprenaline-evoked cAMP inversely correlated with plasma norepinephrine in CHF. The epinephrine (0.005, 0.05μg/ml) induced platelet aggregation was decreased significantly in CHF, the aggregation response induced by epinephrine(50μg/ml) in the presence of rauwolscine (0.5μg/ml), an α2-antagonist, was also decreased in CHF, but no correlation with plasma norepinephrine was demonstrated. Therefore, the decrease in the function of platelet α2-adrenoceptors may provide an evidence for the dysfunction of central and presynaptic peripheral α2-adrenoceptors, the deficiency of the responsiveness of lymphocyte β-adreno-ceptors may reflect the down-regulation of β-adrenoceptors in the failing myocardium.
