新型塑料填充剂的研究
A Study of New Plastics Filler
【摘要】 本文概述了硅灰石的优良特性及其在塑料改性中的应用。作者测定了硅灰石粉填充改性聚丙烯和聚乙烯复合物的力学性能。与碳酸钙和滑石粉作填充剂相比,该复合物物理性能好、粘度低、收缩率小。用偏振光显微镜、透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了复合物的形态。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the excellent properties of wallastonite and itsapplication in the plastics modification.The mechanical properties ofpolypropylene and polyethylene filled with wallastonite powder have beenmeasured.In comparision with calcium carbonate and talc as the conventionalfillers,the composites mentioned above have better physical properties,lowerviscosity,and less shrinkage.The morphology of these composites have beeninvestigated with polarization microscope(PM),transimitting electron micro-scope(TEM),and scanning electron microscope(SEM).This research isbeneficial to the utilization of wallastonite in plastics modification.
