电刺激家兔“人中”、“承浆”、“印堂”穴区对膈神经放电的影响
EFFECTS OF ELECTRICAL STIMULATION OF "RENZHONG"(DU 26), "CHENGJIANG"(REN 24), AND "YINTANG" (EXTRA 1) AREA ON PHRENIC DISCHARGE IN RABBITS
【摘要】 在切断双侧颈迷走神经、三碘季铵酚制动的家兔进行实验,观察比较了电刺激"人中"、"承浆"和"印堂"穴区对膈神经传出放电活动的影响。结果表明,虽然刺激这三个穴区可引起相似的膈神经放电效应,但刺激"人中"穴区还能引起特异性的效应,表现为连续弱刺激引起兴奋效应,连续强刺激引起抑制效应;吸气相短串刺激引起立即瞬时抑制效应或吸气切断效应;吸气相单脉冲刺激也引起立即瞬时抑制效应。换言之,以不同的方式或参数刺激"人中"穴区可特异性引起不同的呼吸效应。提示在人中急救作用的临床应用中,应注意不同的针刺手法或电刺参数对呼吸活动的影响。
【Abstract】 Experiments were performed on 41 rabbits -anesthetized, paralyzed, vagotomized and artificially ventilated. Phrenic efferent discharge was monitored during electrical stimulation of ’Renzhong’ (Du 26), ’Chengjiang’ (Ren 24), and ’Yintang’ (Extra 1)area, respectively, to examine if the stimulation of ’Renzhong’ area could characteristically affect respiration. Although stimulation of each of the three areas described could result in similar phrenie responses, stimulation of ’Renzhong’ area could still result in some characteristic ones. Weak continuous stimuli produced excitatory effect, and strong continuous stimuli, inhibitory one. Short train of stimuli presented during inspiratory phase could produce either a prolongation accompanied by an immediate transient inhibition or a termination of phrenic discharge. The transient inhibition of phrenic discharge was also obtained with single shock of stimulus delivered at any period during the inspiratory phase. The results obtained indicate that the electrical stimulation of ’Renzhong’ area can, characteristically to some extent, affect respiration. The significance of the effects of stimulation of this area on respiration are discussed.
