乐果对鲤鱼血液和心血管系统机能的影响

【摘要】 本文观察到鲤鱼暴露在有机磷农药乐果亚致死剂量的溶液中24小时,表现出贫血症,伴有红细胞数、白细胞数和血红蛋白浓度的明显减少。同时,红细胞比容、血沉率、红细胞电脉率和血液粘度也有减少。低剂量72小时暴露主要引起鲤鱼离子渗透压调节的紊乱。暴露在4ppm乐果1、7、12、24小时,鲤鱼背大动脉血压逐步下降,脉搏数也随之减少。上述结果表明,许多生理指标对乐果具有一定程度的剂量—依赖性反应,可以作为监测水环境有机磷农药污染的良好指标。

【Abstract】 The effects of sublethal doses of rogor, one of organophosphorus pesticide, on the parameters of hematology and cardiovascular system functions in the Common Carp (carpio cyprinus) were determined. Exposed to sublethal doses of rogor for 94 hr, fish showed anaemia with a decrease in the number of erythrocytes, leucocytes and in the concentration of hemoglobin. Hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), erythrocyte electrophoresis rate (EER), blood viscocity, and plasma osmotic pressure were also significantly decreased. Low sublethal dose exposure for 72 hr mainly evoked disturbance of ion osmoregulation in fish. Exposed to rogor at concentration of 4ppm for 1,7,12,24 hr,fish showed dorsal aortic pressure alternations. The significant decrease in the rate of arterial pulse was also observed. The results showed that many physiological parameters have a certain degree of dose-dependant response and may be used as good indicators of organophosphorus pesticide.
