短跑及跳远运动员无氧工作能力的测定

【摘要】 本文使用自行设计的按体重6%计负荷60秒奋力蹬车实验,结合Margaria楼梯实验,对55名男子短跑及跳远运动员无氧工作能力进行了测定。其中A组30人为二级训练水平,B组25人为三级训练水平,其年龄、身高、体重三项指标组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。用Margaria实验测得最大无氧功率(kg·m/s),证实A、B组依ATP-CP系统供能能力无明显的差异。而60秒奋力蹬车总功(kg·m/60s)显示了糖酵解供能无氧耐力的差别。60秒奋力蹬车使血乳酸(HL)增至较高水平,其最大增加量(△HLmax)与60秒总功有密切的相关关系,相关系数τA=0.74(P<0.01)τB=0.74(P<0.01)。60秒奋力蹬车时的心肺功能指标表明在无氧代谢供能为主的力竭性运动中,有氧工作能力也发挥着一定作用。

【Abstract】 The anaerobic capacities of 55 athletes were assessed with the method of 60s all-out cycling on the ergometer with a work load of 6 per cent of individul’s body weight, and Margaria’s Test respectively. The subjects were divided into two groups on the basis of training levels. Group A was composed of 30 second-rate athletes; Group B were 25 of third-rate. No significant difference was found in height, weight and age between two groups. Maximum anaerobic capacity values obtained with Margaria’s Test for two groups were 103.43±14.05kgm/s and 99.63±10.93kgm/s respectively(P>0.05) whereas that obtained from the method of 60s-allout cycling on the ergometer was 2543. 48±252. 91kgm/60s and 2392.90±204.13kgm/60s (P<0.05) respectively with a significant difference between two groups. The blood lactate was higher in the test of 60s all-out cycling. For two groups the blood lactate values were 117.79±14.52mg% and 113.74±12.54mg% respectively. Besides, the lactate concentration was closely related with the gross work done by the athletes(r=0.74,P<0.01).The results also suggest that aerobic capacity plays a role in the 60s-allout maximal anaerobic efforts.
