【Abstract】 In view of the high cost of equipment for pressing Roxburgh rose fruit and extracting its juice which is beyond the reach of small plants, the authors present a technique of extracting juice with only a few setups easy to manipulate. The advantages of the three methods used and their adaptability are also dealt with in the paper, which may serve as an impetus to the exploitation and utilization of Roxburgh rose.更多还原
