鸭、鹅饮水免疫用的禽霍乱活菌苗
Live Fowl Cholera Vaccine Administered in the Drinking Water for Ducks and Geese
【摘要】 选用一株免疫原性好的禽源多杀性巴氏杆菌弱毒菌株,其代号为1010,进行鸭、鹅饮水免疫试验。不同日龄鸡、鸭、鹅共133只,经口服感染1010活菌后,均未见有任何临床症状。5日龄雏鸭饮服活菌3.2亿、21日龄雏鸭饮服活菌高达380亿,成年鸭饮服活菌高达1170亿,均无反应。青年鹅饮服活菌590亿,鸡口服460亿活菌,也均无反应,生长发育正常。鸭、鹅共34只,每只饮服525—590亿活菌后72小时起,各脏器、上呼吸道、消化道粘液及内容物均分离不到本菌,说明鸭鹅饮服大量1010活菌,72小时后,禽体内已不带菌,证明该弱毒株对口服途径感染,已失去其强烈的侵袭特性。本弱毒株连续通过鸡体5代,也不增强其毒力。在饮水免疫方法比较试验的结果中充分肯定了鸭饮水一次后间隔5天复饮一次的饮水免疫方法,所产生的免疫力最佳。在10个试验组中,有8个组的试验鸭的保护率达100%,有两个组达80%。鸭两次共饮服50亿活菌后第8天,即可产生坚强的免疫力,其免疫期至少可达8个月。九年多来,在野外应用了液体苗及冻干苗共三百余万只剂,所有鸭鹅饮苗水后均无反应,产蛋禽饮苗水后,也不影响产蛋,在禽霍乱病群中应用,可迅速的扑灭此病,在健康群中使用,不会因用活菌苗后引起传播此病。所有室内外试验结果都充分的征明1010弱毒活菌苗安全可靠、效力确实,可以投产使用。
【Abstract】 An immunogenic avirulent strain of fowl P. multocida (designated 1010 strain) has been selected to do immunity test for ducks and geese via fhe drinking water. No clinic signs were seen after 133 of different ages of chickens, ducks and geese were infected with 1010 strain by oral administration. Their growth was normal consumed 3.2 hundrcd million (hm) organisms for 5-day-old ducklings, 380 hm for 21-day-old ducklings, and up to 1170 hm for adult ducks, 590 hm for young geese,450 hm for chickens. No organisms from each of 34 ducks and geese consumed 525—590 hm of P.multocida 72 hours later were checked up from viscera, upper air passages, mucus of digetive and content of gut. It showed that the organisms were lost their virulence.The 1010 strain did not increase the toxicity after succesive passing five generations through chickens.The results from comparative tests showcd that the strongest immunity was obtained by twice dosing the vaccines orally with an interval of 5 days. The protective rates ups were 100%, that, in other two groups were 80%.A potent immunity was obtained on the eighth day after drinking 50 hm organisms in twice dosing. The duration of immune is at least8months. More than three million ducks were dosed this vaccine in fields. There is no side-effect being found since 9 years ago. The fowl cholera was exlinct quickly after dosing the vaccine in problem flocks, and no this tisease was spread after dosing in healthy flocks. All results in vitro and in vivo proved that the vaccine prepared with 1010 strains is safe and effective.
