【摘要】 本文通过对33名年龄25～35岁、月经周期规则妇女86个周期排卵前后的超声检查,观察了连续周期中左、右卵巢的排卵机率及正常周期(61个,占70.9％)和异常周期(25个,占29.1％)卵泡发育和排卵超声图象。重点描述了异常周期的各种超声图象特征。9个小卵泡排卵周期,排卵前4～5天,卵泡平均每天增长速率(1.0±2.2mm)及排卵时平均直径(15.5±0.9mm)分别显著低于正常周期(2.6±1.1mm和20.8±3.3mm,P<0.01)。10个无排卵周期,4个周期未见卵泡发育,6个周期卵泡直径<14mm(平均10.8±0.9mm)即消失。6个黄体化卵泡未破(LUF)周期,在预计排卵日未见卵泡破裂和枯萎图象,而在其后2～4天出现黄体图象,(3个周期)或一个迅速增大的囊的图象(2个周期)。 本文还注意到持续小卵泡和持续LUF周期与不孕有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 33 women with regular menstrual cycles, aged 25- 35, were examined by B-ultrasonography before and after ovuSation for a total of 86 cycles to observe, up to 5 consecutive cycles, the probability of ovulation in the left and right ovaries and the ultrasound images of follicular growth and ovulation in 61 normal cycles (70.9%) and 25 abnormal cycles (29.1%) .Attention was focused on the discription of the characteristics of various ultrasound images in the abnormal cycles. In 9 cycles with small follicle ovulation, the average growth velocity (1. 0± 2. 2mm per day) during the 4-5 days prior to ovulation and the average diameter of the follicle (15.5± 0.9mm) by the time of ovulation were significantly lower (P< 0.01) as compared with those of the normal cycles, which were 2.6± 1.1mm per day and 20.8± 3.3mm, respectively. In 4 of the 10 anovulatory cycles, the course of the follicular development cannot be detected and in another 6, the follicles disappeared when their diameters were less than 14mm (average 10.8± 0.9mm) .In 6 cycles with luteinized unruptured follicle (LUF), follicular rupture and collapse cannot be observed on the expected date of ovulation, whereas 2 - 4 days later, the ultrasound images of a corpus luteum of a rapidly growing cyst were obserbved (each 3 cycles) .In this study it was also noted that the presence of persistent small follicles or persistent LUF cycles was related to infertility.更多还原
