工艺系统刚度主轴方位对切削过程稳定性影响的研究
Influence of the Orientation of Stiffness Spindle on the Vibration System in Metal Cutting
【摘要】 本文系统地讨论了工艺系统刚度主轴方位对切削过程稳定性影响的规律.理论分析和试验结果证明,工艺系统刚度主轴方位对系统稳定性的影响与切削过程动态切削力的构成有关.动态切削力的构成不同,工艺系统刚度主轴的最佳方位也不同.
【Abstract】 The influences of the orientation of the stiffness spindle on the stability of vibration system under different cutting conditions are discussed in this paper.It is confirmed by theoritical analysis and experimental results that the influence of the orientation of stiffness spindle on the stability of vibration system is concerned with the form of dynamic cutting force in the cutting process. In case the form of dynamic cutting force is varied, the optimal region of the stiffness spindle orientation is always different.
