钢丝绳断丝信号的定量解释
A Quntitative Interpretation of Broken Wire Signal
【摘要】 在钢丝绳探伤中,能否对绳上出现的断丝数作出定量的判断,是迫切需要解决,又难于解决的问题。本文通过对断丝信号的深入分析后,选择了差分超限数、短距能量以及空间频谱等三个关键性的特征量,并由非确定可分样本集递推估计了权矢量,进而设计出非线性分类器,最后给出了定量解释系统的程序框图和实验框图。经反复试验,证明该系统能较为正确地对钢丝绳断丝信号作出定量解释。
【Abstract】 It is a problem not solved as yet to give a quantitative signal interpretationfor wire rope inspection.However,a method for solving such a problem issuggested in this paper.The three features:the rate of differential value excee-ding threshold,the short distance energy and the spacial frequence spectraare selected.The weighted vectors of chassifier are iteratively evaluated.Thesoftware flowchart for quantitative sginal interpretation and the block diagramof the system are presented in this paper.A large number of tests on the systemindicates a fairly good result of quantitative interpretation for broken wiresignal.
