【Abstract】 It is simple and reliable method to apply two steps of agarose gel electrophoresis in distinction of molecular forms of Y.pestis plasmid DNA.The experimentalcount is the dose of UV illumination after the first electrophoresis.whenthe electrophoretic gel is placed at 10cm from ultraviolet lamp,it needs 10minutes’irradiate for 6 Mdal plasmid,and for 45-65 Mdal plasmid,six minu-tes is enough.But for 92 Mdal plasmid,the illuminate time is less than two min.更多还原
