【Abstract】 In this paper the changes of resting systolic time interval（STI）of popu-lation in mild and severe endemic fluorosis regions were comparatively stud-ied with blind observation,The results were as follows:（1）PEP/LVET ofpopolation in severe endemic fluorosis region was greater（p<0.05）and QS₂was longer（P=0.05）;（2）The incidence of abnormal STI of population in se-vere endemic fluorosis region was increased（P<0.025）.These indicated thatthe patients with endemic fluorosis might have their heart injuried and res-ulted in decrease of myocardiac systolic function which could make signsof subclinic cardiac dysfunction。In addition,the mechanism of the change ofmyocardial function was discussed。更多还原
