【Abstract】 We studied on the kidneys of rats with chronic fluorosis induced by pro-longed drinking of water containing 50ppm sodium fluoride,and observed thedecreasing activities of alkaline phosphatase and the morphologic changes ofmitochondric abnormality and focus necrosis of the kidneys.The findings su-ggested that the injury to the kidneys was induced by excessive accumulationof fluorine in the kidneys of rats with chronic fluorosis。更多还原
