氯化锂增强T淋巴细胞集落形成的实验研究
The enhancing effect of lithium chloride on T-lymphocyte colony formation (CFu-TL)
【摘要】 本文介绍了氯化锂在人外周血液液体培养T细胞集落的形成中,具有明显的增强作用。其集落数较不加锂的培养有显著性的差异(P<0.01),且集落形态也有增大。对其作用机理进行了初步探讨。
【Abstract】 Lithium chloride has an enhancing effect on T-lymphocyte colony formation when added to the fluid-medium at the concentration of 0.8×10-2mM/ml for 6 days. The number of colonies of the lithium-containing media (140+71.04/2×106) is greater than that of the media without lithium (63.11±27.43/2×106, P<0.01). Lithium can also increase the size of the colonies.The mechanism of the enhancing effect may possibly be that lithium chloride, as a non-specific stimulus, promotes the proliferation of lymphocytes induced by PHA and the formation of the lymphocyte colony enhancing factor (LCEF), or reduces the formation of the lymphocyte colony inhibition factor (LCIF) by reversing the effect induced by PGE.
