【Abstract】 The immersion method of leak hunting of a radiation source has been introduced. Considering the influence of the decay heat upon the leak hunting, the temperature in the lead tank storing radiation source has been estimated theoreticaly. The results of caleulation and practical measurement show that, when the immersion methed of leak hunting is used, pouring water at room temperature into the lead tank stroring a radiation source will not give destructive thermal shock to the housing of the radiation source.更多还原
