【摘要】 通过分析不同处理油胞层厚度增长曲线、并应用电子计算机技术根据油胞层厚度与其薄壁细胞平均直径的关系判断其细胞分裂停止期。结果表明,表现出增加果皮光滑度趋势的生长调节剂处理,抑制油胞层厚度的增长,油胞层薄壁细胞分裂停止较早;而表现出降低果皮光滑度趋势的处理则有相反的结果。对这种对应关系进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 For determing the time when the. flavedo parenchyma cell division ceases, the relationship between the thickness of the flavedo and the mean diameter of its parenchyma cells were studied.Treatments with plant growth regulators that tend to reduce the peel roughness slowed down the increase of the flavedo thickness and stops the flavedo parenchyma cell division early, as compared with the control, but the treatments that tend to increase the peel roughness produced the reverse results.The relationship between peel roughness and the development of the flavedo was discussed.更多还原
