几种各向异性对氧化铁H_c的影响
EFFECTS OF SEVERAL KINDS OF ANISOTROPY ONMAGNETIC COERCIVITY H_c OF IRONOXIDES DURING PHASE CHANGES
【摘要】 本文对粉状颗粒和连续薄膜在γ-Fe2O3与Fe3O4之间的相变中矫顽力H-c的变化进行了讨论.无论在氧化中或还原中,球状颗粒和连续薄膜Hc的增加主要是应力各向异性引起的;而针状颗粒Hc的降低则是受到与颗粒尺寸变化相联系的形状各向异性的影响.
【Abstract】 The variations of magnetic ooeroivity (Hc) during the phase changes between Fe3O4 and γ-Fe2O3 for granular powders and continous thin films are investigated. Whether during the oxidation from Fe3O4 to γ-Fe2O3 or during the reduction from γ-Fe2O3 to Fe3O4, the increases in Hc of the spherical particles and the con tinous thin films are mainly caused by the stress anisotropy, and the decreases in Hc of the acicular particles are affected with the shape anisotropy related to the changes in particle size.
